Stanley Black & Decker employees joined Rebuilding Together New Britain to complete repairs for a New Britain couple.

Walter and Haydee are a mild mannered, pleasant couple who keep a very clean home.  Milagros, Haydee's 87 year old mother recently moved in instead of going to a convalescent type home.  Walter has been struggling with some health issues and recently fell in his home, so safety modifications including grab bars, tub/shower conversion, and porch railings are a big concern/need. They are living on an extremely low fixed income, and do not have the skills to fix the small but necessary home repairs that they have.
